Leslie Bauer
SDC Life Coach
I grew up in the suburbs of Boston. After leaving home to begin attending the University of Vermont, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease. Being alone and away from home was extremely difficult, so I moved back to Boston and transferred to Lesley University to be closer to my family and doctors. I have had my own struggles with depression and anxiety over the years, and I am where I am today thanks to the love and support of the people around me. Learning to manage a chronic illness has given me a deep sense of empathy, understanding and perseverance and has inspired me to help people who are also struggling with mental wellness and chronic illnesses. I have learned over the years that it is okay to not be okay.
I moved to Naples FL in 2012 where I live with my husband and two young daughters. Some of my favorite hobbies are figure skating, skiing and swimming. I received my Master’s in Social Work from Boston University and have since been dedicated to supporting individuals through navigating life’s challenges and working towards achieving their goals.
My current hours of availability are Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.
